Customer Service Specialist/Party Hostess:  Anticipated Opening Winter 2010

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, specifically in restaurant or sales
  • High School Diploma or higher education preferred
  • Computer Literacy
  • Math skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize needs
  • Schedule flexibility.  Afternoons and Weekends required.

Job Description:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Customer check-in
  • Snack bar sales
  • Re-Stocking
  • Party Bookings
  • Party Hosting - children's birthday parties
    • Greeting Hosting Family
    • Set up/clean up of party room
    • Assist in refreshments
    • Assist in transitioning guests from play to refreshments, to gifts, to departure
  • Janitorial Duties including, but not limited to:
    • Wipe down of toys and snack bar
    • Cleaning and maintaining restrooms
    • Trash removal
    • Sweeping
    • Vacuuming
    • Mopping
  • $8.00/hour to start, 6 month probation period
