Cleanliness and Safety

We strive to keep Kaleidoscope clean and safe for your family. All toys and surfaces are cleaned daily with a "green" disinfectant. This allows us to safely clean the toys throughout the day without exposing your children to harmful chemicals. The products we use clean to the same level as those commonly used in schools and hospitals without the harmful vapors or side effects caused by exposure to these substances. Adult admission costs allow us to purchase these cleaning products and keep Kaleidoscope safe for your family and the environment.  All soft items are laundered regularly and with a green laundry detergent to avoid allergens.

As always, please your judgement in allowing your children to wear costumes and hats.  We believe access to costumes provides an important outlet for dramatic play and creativity.  We launder these items regularly but if you are concerned about your child wearing something worn by another child then we advise you to instruct your child regarding your personal parameters for this activity.  Thank you.
