It's My Party Parties Occuring after June 30, 2010:
ITS MY PARTY!: Up to 20 children including the child of honor. Space provided for refreshments. 1 hour of fun and amusement in our engaging and creative museum and 30 minutes in our private party room. Invitations, cake plates & napkins, forks, spoons and a balloon bouquet. Birthday child receives a museum t-shirt and you have a private hostess to aid in set up, clean up and transition your guests from play to refreshments and gifts. We do all the set up and clean up! Want more time? Add 30 minutes of play time to the end of your party for $50.
90 minute party: $225 Weekends $200 Weekdays (M-TH before 2pm & Fri before 4pm)
2 hour party: $275 Weekends $250 Weekdays (M-TH before 2pm & Fri before 4pm)
Big Bash Parties Occuring after June 30, 2010:THE BIG BASH!: Up to 20 children including the child of honor. Space provided for refreshments. 1 hour of fun and amusement in our engaging and creative museum and 30 minutes in our private party room. Invitations, cake plates & napkins, forks, spoons, a balloon bouquet, a 10 inch layer Kaleidoscope cake ordered, picked up and stored from a local affiliated bakery, plus half pint water bottles or juice boxes for 20 children. Birthday child receives a museum t-shirt. You receive a private hostess to aid in set up, clean up and transition your guests from play to refreshments and gifts. We do all the set up and clean up! Want more time? Add 30 minutes of play time to the end of your party for $50.
90 minute party: $285 Weekends (Fri-Sun 90 minutes) $260 Weekdays (M-TH before 2pm & Fri before 4pm)
2 hour party: $335 Weekends (Fri-Sun 2 hours!) $310 Weekdays (M-TH before 2pm & Fri before 4pm)
PRIVATE PARTY OPTION: Upgrade your party package and have the entire musuem available to your party guests only! Available Sundays from 10am-Noon and during some evening hours. $75 additional fee applies.

- Upgrade to round 12 inch cake: $30 (applicable to Big Bash Party only)
- Goodie bags: $5 ea.
- Pizza – large cheese or pepperoni: $12 ea. All pizza MUST be ordered through us as we have a contract with a local pizzaria.
- Ice cream cups: $15
- Balloons: $1 ea.
- Additional child guests: $10 ea. Children under 16 yrs of age will be counted as child guests.
- Juice & Small Waters for child guests: $10
- Soda & Water for Adult Guests: $10

These help ensure that your party runs smoothly and everyone has a ton of fun!
Parties which run over the will be subjected to a charge of $50 per 30 minutes, rounded up to the nearest half hour, plan ahead and extend your party in advance! Parties which run over after closing will be charged $75 per 30 minutes. We do ask that your guests depart at the end of your party. If they would like to stay and play, we are happy to offer half price admission.
Any outside food that is brought to the museum is the responsibility of the family hosting the party and must remain in the party room at all times. No peanut or peanut products may be brought into the museum including party refreshments. Unfortunately we are unable to store personal food items prior to the party. Any food items you plan to bring must be brought to the museum with you at the time of the party. No hot plates, crock pots, chaffing dishes or sterno heaters allowed. We recommend keeping food items to a minimum and limited to simple finger foods. Hot food items, casseroles, etc are not permitted.
Please plan to bring any paper goods needed for food other than cake and pizza (reminder: pizza must be ordered through us, outside pizza is not permitted).
Hosting families are welcome to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their party start time to bring in any food or other items needed. Please do not arrive any earlier as the staff will be busy readying the room for you and attending to the departing party. Non-food items may be dropped off in advance Mon-Fri during regular business hours if this is easier.
Duo Parties are only permitted for siblings. We do not allow combined parties for 2 or more families. Kaleidoscope parties are specifically designed for one celebrating family.
Piniatas are not allowed in Kaleidoscope, including pull-string piniatas.
Our party room is festively decorated in a gender-neutral theme. In order to be able to transition between parties in a timely manner and ensure that the party room is clean and available on time for your party as well as the party following yours, we do not allow the following: wall decorations, confetti, balloon popping games, piniatas, items which stick to the tablecloths. Please check with our staff before planning a craft or game during your party to ensure that there will be time and space to accommodate your activity.
We understand that some children want thematic paper goods and/or invitations. You are welcome to bring in/use your own. We do not credit party package costs for items provided by the hosting family. We do recommend printing directions to the museum as well as our phone number and reminding parents that we are a "shoes-on" facility if you are not using our invitations. This way they can contact us if they are having difficulty locating the museum.
Goody bags and favor gifts must be handed out at the door as guests depart and may not be distributed in the party room or in the museum. We ask that they be left at the front desk until the end of the party and that hosting families assist in distribution to insure that no guest is forgotten.
Kaleidoscope is a wonderful venue for any gathering: birthdays, showers, reunions, end of the year parties...and more! All parties must be scheduled with Kaleidoscope. Unscheduled parties and celebrations are not permitted in the snack area. Anyone hosting a party or celebration in the snack area will be asked to leave without refund.
Guests are not allowed to host their own party using the snack area. Parties not scheduled with us will not be permitted. Call us and see how we can make accomodations for your group and provide your child and guests with a fantastic party experience!
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date of your party and is applied to the total cost of your party. Discounts, coupons and promotions cannot be applied to party packages.
