MUSIC WITH MAREK!

 

Come learn folksongs, folk dances, musical games, musical history, new instruments, and more in a sing-along jamboree setting with music teacher (and cartoonist) Marek Bennett!
Classes Meet Mondays
3:00-4:00 = Preschool families (children ages 3-5)
4:00-5:00 = Elementary ages (ages 6-10, families optional)
Cost:  $10/class, pay the day of the class
          Play in the museum for only $5 with paid class.
  • First class begins Monday February 1st.
  • No class February 22nd.
  • Family concert / musical game session Friday February 19th.  $10/child.  Bring a friend family!

Art with Carla!

Art Classes With Carla!  Art class is geared to toddlers ages 18months-3years.  This class is designed for children to GET MESSY!  They will explore lots of fun ways to paint, draw, sculpt and more.  We will use collage, introduce colors, textures, shapes and lines.  Our classroom will be set up with a variety of stations and activities each week.  Carla will guide parents/caregivers through each activity and then children can move at their own pace.   

Session begins Wednesday January 6th.

Time:  Wednesdays at 9:30am-10:15am
 
Cost:  $55/month due the first wednesday of each month.  Includes materials and admission to play before and after class (admission not applicable to play pass).  In case of inclement weather, class is canceled if the museum is closed for the day.  There will be no classes held during school vacation weeks.  Class fees are per month, not per class and are not pro-rated.  Refunds are not given for missed or canceled classes.  Late payments will incur a $10 late fee.
