Annual Family Membership Includes 2 parents and up to 3 custodial children.
Payment Options:
Annual Pre-Paid: $150 one-time payment. Additional custodial children may be added for $15 per child. A nanny or caregiver can be added to a family membership for $25.
Annual Monthly Payment: $19.99/month per family. Additional custodial children may be added for $4.99 per child per month. A nanny or caregiver can be added for $3.99/month. This contract is for one year. Your credit card will be automatically billed every month for 12 months regardless of use.
