COMING THIS FALL:
Ms. Michelle will be teaching art classes: 1st classes held Wednesday September 22nd
Messy Art: Ages 18 months- 24 months: An introduction to colors, shapes, textures and materials by getting right into our materials and trying things out! Very hands-on, come dressed to have fun and get messy. Class is 30 minutes long.
Wednesdays from 9:30am-10:00am, $120/8 week session, includes all materials
Little VanGRoghs: Ages 2years-3years: Review of colors and shapes, introduction to color mixing, new materials and tools as well as representative art (pictures will begin to look identifiable!) We will also be getting into our materials so come dressed to get messy!
Wednesdays from 10:15am-11:00am , $120/8 week session includes all materials
Little Masters: Ages 3years-5years: We now know our colors and shapes and it is time to learn about some of the famous artists around us! We will introduce some of the famous artists and emmulate some of their pieces. At the end of 2 months of classes we will have a gallery opening of our messy-pieces!
Fridays from 3:15pm-4pm, $120/8 week session, includes all materials
MUSIC & MOVEMENT
Ms. Diane Kordas - our famous Pizza and Puppets Puppeteer will be joining us to teach MUSIC & MOVEMENT Classes! Kids will romp, stomp, sing, shake, groove and rhyme their way around the museum. Instruments, scarves and a variety of tools and materials will be incorporated into classes. Diane is a phenomenal teacher, actively engaging children and families with her humor, enthusiasm and charisma.
Tuesdays 9:30am-10:15am or 10:30am-11:15am, 1st class will be held on September 28th.
8 week session, $120/session/child. 1 makeup class scheduled for the end of the session.
Ms. Michelle is also working on convincing her husband - former PE teacher, Mr. Chad, to teach physical activity classes - GAMES FOR TOTS! We will keep you posted!
