We have group rates available!

Call and book a field trip or group visit today!  We will need the following information at the time of your call: 

0. Name of school/day care center or mother's group
0. Contact name
0. Phone Number and Address
0. # of children and adults attending (groups must have at least 10 children ages 1 and up to receive a group rate)

• We only schedule one group at a time
• All groups must reserve in advance to receive the discounted rate
• There is a 10 child minimum to receive a group rate
• 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking
• All members of your group must be present at check-in

Kaleidoscope requires 1 adult for every 6 children arriving in a group. 

Pizza can be added to your trip at a cost of $12 per large pizza.  Pizza is ordered from Checkmate.  We can only order pizza, if you want other items from their menu, you will need to place a separate order directly with Checkmate.

RATES:

Public & Private Schools, Childcare Centers and Non-Profits:  $5/child, 10 child minimum   School trips must be accompanied and supervised by a teacher from the school and will be verified with the school administrator.  Parent groups from a particular school who wish to have a group visit will be registered as a Mother's Group.

Mother's Groups: 

• Have a friend and their child(ren) meet you and your child(ren) at Kaleidoscope and you both receive $1 off each paid admission.  (That's $8.99/child ages 1 and up - adults and babies before their first birthday ALWAYS FREE)

• Have 2 friends and their children meet you and your child(ren) at Kaleidoscope and receive $2 off each paid admission.  (That's $7.99/child ages 1 and up - adults and babies before their first birthday ALWAYS FREE)

• Have 3 friends and their children meet you and your child(ren) at Kaleidoscope and receive $3 off each paid admission!  (That's $6.99/child ages 1 and up - adults and babies before their first birthday ALWAYS FREE)

• Have 4 (or more) friends and their children meet you and your child(ren) at Kaleidoscope and receive $4 off each paid admission!  (That's $5.99/child ages 1 and up - adults and babies before their first birthday ALWAYS FREE)

• One child in each family must be a paying visitor to count towards the discount.
• Sorry, this offer CANNOT be combined with any other coupon, discount, promotion or PLAY PASS (this discounted admission does not equal a stamp on the play pass - stamps are given for full-price admission only) 
• You must mention this discount before paying for your admission.
• All members of your group must be present at check-in to receive the discount.
• This discount is not applicable to any special events such as tea parties, puppet shows, animal encounters etc.  Not sure if there is an event - call ahead and ask or check our calendar of events at www.nhchildrensmuseum.net before planning your visit.
